Reservations are required! Call our office at 217-424-1376 as soon as possible to reserve a seat on the van. The van only carries 8 passengers at a time, so please call as early as possible. If your name is not on the driver's list, we will not be able to drive you.

When making an appointment at the Medical Center, make sure it is a morning appointment because the van will leave Danville to return to Decatur at approximately 1:00 p.m.

The van leaves Decatur at 6:55 a.m. from the K-Mart parking lot on Pershing Road/Jasper Street and arrives in Danville around 8:30 a.m.

Please plan to arrive at the K-Mart parking lot no later than 6:50 a.m. You may park your vehicle on the west side of the parking lot, away from the building, and pick it up on your return the same day (no extended parking). Your vehicle will be towed if left in the K-Mart parking lot overnight.

If you plan to spend the night in Danville, please have someone drop you off at K-Mart.

If someone drops you off at K-Mart and will be returning to pick you up, ask him or her to pick you up at around 2-2:30 p.m.

If you plan to ride the city bus to meet the van, please let us know when you make your seat reservation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The van runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
• The van can only pick up and drop off at the K-Mart parking lot
• The van does not accommodate wheelchair patients. Veterans must be able to independently transfer on/off van.
• No oxygen tanks, medical equipment, etc. will be transported on the van.
